Our mission is to empower youth athletes and instill a lifelong passion for flag football through leagues that are engaging, fun, and accessible for everyone.
With the support of the NFL, we provide a structured opportunity for kids to discover the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and friendship—both on and off the field.
Our NFL Flag Football program is co-ed, but we also offer a separate girls league.

Typically all that is needed for a child to participate in flag football is the following:
-cleats
-mouth guard
-water bottle
The league provides shorts, dual sided jersey, and flags for every participant as part of their registration cost.
Coaches of the current season set practice schedules, typically one to two times a week depending on the need of the team. Typically, teams practice for about 45 minutes to an hour per practice session, and then the game itself is usually an hour or less.
Games are held at our local high school turf field, the Rec Center fields, or an elementary school field, and typically occur on Sundays in the Fall and one weekday evening plus Saturdays in the Spring, weather permitting. Times for games are rotated per age group. Schedules are released shortly after season practices begin.
